Frequently Asked Questions.
The topics below are quick answers for your DEKOSTA shopping experience. If what you are looking for is not here, just write to us from the contact page.
We design most of our models around shells and fitting components that are compatible with Clipper standards. Every product card carries a compatibility note; for special collections, the fit details are given in the description field. If you are unsure, you can get in touch with us before ordering.
The body is 3D printed layer by layer with PLA+ filament on FDM/FFF machines; every piece is printed one at a time in our workshop. After printing we clean off the support marks, finish the surface and test the fit against a real Clipper body. To make it last, it is important to protect it from mechanical impact and excessive heat. Some wear can appear over time with use; that is normal.
Card payments are taken over a secure channel through the iyzico payment infrastructure. We display the iyzico, Visa, and Mastercard logos on the site — for the official logos, the Logo Pack is recommended.
Order confirmation and dispatch notifications are sent by email. If the courier provides a tracking number when the parcel is handed over, you can follow it yourself with that number. If it takes longer than expected, you will be informed by email — see our Shipping and delivery page for the terms.
For most transactions it is enough to send us your notice of withdrawal within the period; the product's condition of use and the suitability of its packaging are then checked. For details, you can read Exchanges and Returns and the Distance sales agreement.
Gift notes and requests for elegant packaging can be arranged depending on current promotions and stock availability. For special occasions, we do our best to honor the requests you leave in the order notes, but we cannot always guarantee them.
The countries we currently ship to and the applicable customs requirements are stated at the payment step or announced along with our campaigns. For international orders, the delivery time and the cost, customs included, are communicated to the customer.
