1. Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically between the Seller, whose details appear above, on the one part, and the natural or legal person placing an order on the website, the Buyer, on the other part.
2. Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale of the products that the Buyer has ordered electronically through the website.
3. Order, price, and payment

The essential characteristics of a product are limited to the information published at the time the order is placed.

The total price, including taxes and shipping costs, is stated on screen during order confirmation and in the confirmation email.

Card payments are collected through the infrastructure of a trusted payment institution (iyzico). Details: Pay with iyzico.
4. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the goods, without giving any reason. Notice of withdrawal may be sent in writing or on a durable medium to the addresses on our contact page. In practice, the requirements and periods for withdrawal follow the Exchanges and Returns policy; for personalized orders that fall under the exceptions, the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the related legislation apply.
5. Delivery
The product is delivered to the Buyer within the period stated in the order confirmation and in accordance with the arrangements described in the Shipping and delivery principles. If the Seller cannot supply the product because performance has become impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer and either refunds the payment within an appropriate period or offers suitable alternatives.
6. Warranty and provisions on defects
Claims relating to a defect that may arise in a product sold with a legal warranty are assessed in line with the options provided by the legislation, at the consumer's choice.
7. Personal data and privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK disclosure notice and the privacy policy.
8. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the parties may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and the consumer courts. The legislation in force applies when determining jurisdiction according to your place of residence and your status as a business.
9. Entry into force
This agreement is deemed to have been concluded once the order is confirmed or the electronic approval step is completed. Where necessary, the Seller may update the promotions, delivery times, and undertakings set out in this text through the information published on the site; as a rule, what governs is the content provided at the time of order confirmation.
