Right of withdrawal (general)

The withdrawal period starts on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes delivery of the goods. Where several items are sent within a single order, the delivery date of the last item applies. It is enough to send us your notice of withdrawal within that period, in writing or on a durable medium.

Return checks for products (DEKOSTA products)

• Unused condition: For returns of lighters and accessories, we look for the product to be unused, not filled with fuel, able to be repacked in line with its original packaging, and still in resalable condition.

• Personalized production: For orders that clearly qualify as personalized works or items prepared in line with the consumer's request or personal requirements, the provisions of the legislation governing exceptions to the right of withdrawal are reserved (see the distance sales agreement for details).

• Defective goods: In the event of a defect, the consumer may rely on the general provisions that are in their favor.

Sending a return

Once we have received your notice of withdrawal, we will share the address and the returns process through our contact channels. By law, we refund your payment within thirty days of the date your notice of withdrawal takes effect (depending on the nature of the payment, the process — including any holds and promotions — will be explained to you).

Exchanges

When stock allows, you can request a color or model exchange within the same price bracket. Before an exchange, the product must have reached you and its suitability must be confirmed. For special collections or orders placed with a promotional code, a waiting list may be used until stock is replenished.
