What does a custom design lighter case mean?

Unlike the plain lighter you pick up at a corner shop, a custom design case says something about the person carrying it. This selection is drawn from our small-batch boutique lines rather than the larger core collections: the one-off pieces of Special Series, the geometric patterns of Tribal, the hero busts of Hero Legends and the storybook figures of Fantasy. Because they are made in limited numbers, the piece in your hand is not something you will run into on the street.

How does the custom order process work?

If you could not find what you wanted in the catalog, write to us from the contact page. Describe the character, theme or color you have in mind and we will work out together whether it is feasible to model and print. For ideas we can take on, there is a short process of design, sample print and approval. We do not accept requests that raise copyright problems or designs that would create a safety risk; beyond that, your imagination is free within the limits of what we can produce.

Which materials do you use?

We print in PLA+ filament: plant-based, odorless and stable at everyday handling temperatures. Cases are printed at 0.1–0.2 mm layer resolution, so facial features, textures and raised detail come out crisply. Support removal and surface inspection are done by hand in the workshop, and on multi-color models the filament changes are planned into the print. The result is a matte, solid texture that separates itself from mass-produced plastic the moment you pick it up.

Who buys these?

Three groups stand out. Collectors go first for the rare, short-run pieces. Gift buyers look for a theme nobody else will have, for a birthday, an anniversary or a surprise for a partner. Everyday users simply enjoy that the lighter they pull out of a pocket starts a conversation. Since we keep the newest models at the front, dropping by the page now and then is the easiest way to catch new designs before they go.

How different is boutique making from mass production?

We never print dozens of one model at once in these series; we usually make batches of a few pieces and reconsider once they sell out. That keeps stock numbers low, and some characters do not come back. In return, every piece is handled individually — surface inspection and the body fit test are never skipped. If the model you are after is not on the list, ask us from the contact page; we can often add it to the reprint schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I have my own drawing or idea printed?

Yes. Send us the image or a description from the contact page and we will assess together whether it can be modeled and printed. We do not produce copyrighted characters or designs that carry a safety risk.

How long does a custom order take?

It depends on how complex the design is. A color change on an existing model takes a few days, while a figure modeled from scratch usually takes one to two weeks. We give you a firm timeline before you approve the order.

Can custom-made products be returned?

For made-to-order pieces, the scope of the right of withdrawal is set out in writing before the order is placed. If the fault is ours — a print defect, the wrong color or a body that does not fit — we reproduce it free of charge.

Do you make single pieces?

Yes, we accept custom orders for a single unit. Unit costs drop as quantities rise, so we can quote better prices on bulk requests; corporate and event orders are priced separately.

Can you produce corporate gifts with a logo?

Raised logos and short lines of text can be modeled into the surface of the case. Send us your vector logo file and we will check it for scale and legibility, then come back to you with a sample print image.
