What exactly is a helmet lighter case?
A helmet lighter case is a 3D printed case in the shape of a miniature helmet that slips over a standard Clipper lighter. The lighter itself does not change; the original refillable Clipper body with its replaceable flint sits inside the case. From the outside you are holding a small motorcycle helmet: the visor line, the vents and the surface curves are modeled to the proportions of a real helmet. When the gas runs out you do not throw the case away, you simply replace the lighter inside — which is why a single helmet case lasts for years.
